Revit Curved Wall To Roof

There are a few different ways to create a sloped profile of a curved wall in revit but here are two of my favourites.

On the options bar for overhang enter 600 and select defines slope. One method you could use to create this would be to use the conceptual modelling tools to create complex curved geometry. Select build roof roof plane from the menu then click and drag to draw a roof plane that bears on one of the horizontal walls. The curved edge condition tool is an additional tool specific to curved edges.

Click and drag to draw the baseline along the outside of the wall s framing layer. An simple option which is often overlooked in revit is to use a basic wall style. On the draw panel click pick walls. Release the mouse button and move your cursor in the direction of the roof.

I have a wall that is curved in plan that i am trying to attach to a curved roof that was made from a mass. Right click the shape edited curved edge floor to modify and select properties. It sets them to project a flat surface to the edge or a curved surface that conforms to the arc edge of the floor. Hope someone can help confused.

I need some help making a curved roof as shown on the attached pdf sketch. This roof plane will become a curved eave or dutch kick. Edit profile of curved wall in revit void cut method. I never made such a roof in revit and need a good advice on how to make it.

The roof is actually split in two parts one being the an actual roof and another being a reference to cut the wall that will be hidden later on. When a dashed line is displayed on the exterior of the wall press tab to select the chain of walls and click to place the roof lines. As you can see below we have a curved retaining wall which is stepped at the top but we would like it to have a smooth slope. Create a sloped roof with an overhang.

I can get the wall to go up to one section or the other but not both.
